You asked, we listened. Due to popular demand on the run up to party season, you can now rent a curated edit of Nobody’s Child styles directly through our website. Powered by our friends at Zoa, this pop-up partnership is a cost-effective solution designed to keep clothes in rotation for longer. It’s called circularity – and it’s all part of our mission to bring beautiful fashion to every woman, everywhere without costing the Earth.
How does it work?
1. Under the ‘add to bag’ button click the option to ‘rent’. A window will pop-up for you to select the size you’d like.
2. Pick your preferred delivery and return date using the calendar. Please note you can hire with us for a minimum of five days. Click ‘continue’ and fill out the form, before finally checking out.
3. Pay and wait for your order to arrive. Our partner, Zoa will handle the rest. Keep your eyes on your inbox. You should receive an order confirmation from them shortly.
4. Once you’ve finished with your rental, put it back in the bag it came in and send it back using the pre-paid returns label.
FAQs
How far in advance can I make a booking?
The only way to reserve an outfit is to make a booking through our website so we recommend booking your outfit as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. We suggest you book your delivery to arrive two days before your event.
Do I need to clean my rental before returning it?
Please don’t worry about cleaning your item – we’ll do it for you! Our warehouse professionally dry cleans all our items, so everything is practically brand new ready for the next customer.
How are garments cleaned?
All our clothes are professionally dry cleaned in our warehouse, including ozone washing and ozone chambers. These are powerful sanitisers and removes odours, germs, bugs and 99.8% of viruses.
What is accidental damage cover?
Accidental damage cover is included in your rental price, which covers any repairable damage that happens during your rental period. Please note that it doesn’t cover against loss, theft or damage beyond repair.
What if I return my rental late?
When items are returned late it can affect other customers’ orders. A fee of £25 per day will be charged until the item is returned. If after 30 days the item has still not been returned then the item will be classed as lost/stolen and you will be charged an additional £100 replacement fee.
What countries do you offer rental in?
As this is a pilot initiative, this service is currently only available in the UK.
